New Belgium Brewing Can Line Project

Interstates assisted KHS with the modification of an existing bottle line so that the line would have the capability to run bottles or cans. This project involved the installation of conveyors, fillers, and packers, as well as modifications to existing equipment, panels, and conveyors. This project required a lot of coordination with the owner, mechanical contractor, and KHS due to conducting outages that would still allow the bottling line to be run.

Key Scope Components

  • Installation of overhead cable tray and stainless steel wireway drops to a new panel, existing panels, and existing wireway.
  • Cable pulling and terminations for approximately 70 motors and approximately 250 devices.
  • Electrical modifications assistance of the existing lines with changes being made.
