Interstates provided a complete electrical package for Al-Corn Clean Fuel’s 70MMGPY ethanol plant expansion located in Claremont, MN, more than doubling the plant’s capacity. With thoughtful planning around weather and a focus on reducing risk in the face of tight schedules, the expansion was completed on schedule and without a recordable incident.

Services Provided: Electrical Construction | Electrical Engineering | Instrumentation | Electrical Prefabrication

Key Scope Components

Interstates installed 925,506 feet of wire, 46,945 feet of rigid conduit and 3,391 feet of cable tray.

In addition, we installed 685 light fixtures and 449 devices.

The crew was able to install three sections of conduit up the side of a silo in less than a day because of prefabrication. This was safer and cut the installation time down from weeks to days.
