Featured Project Dollar General Distribution Facility

Dollar General needed to build a new distribution facility in Blair, NE, to support more than 1,500 of its stores in the Midwest with dry and fresh goods. We helped Dollar General meet their warehouse goals and provided complete Design-Build solutions on this project, displaying flexibility and resourcefulness in the face of supply chain and site issues. Having Interstates in charge of both design and construction on this project gave Dollar General one expert source for solutions and guidance, saving time and money by avoiding costly rework. Our team delivered on each of the project goals and set Dollar General up to receive product on schedule.

Hy-Vee Distribution Plant
